Every Sunday morning the shady tree-lined boulevard of busy Bulcock St, Caloundra's popular shopping precinct is transformed into the Bulcock St Markets. Crammed with market stalls, it's buzzing with folk seeking out arts and crafts, fresh fruit and vegetables, funky fashion, innovative gadgets, health remedies, massage, entertainment and other unique market fare.
Moffats Beach, right-hand surfing point break
A few minutes drive by car is Moffats Beach, the first right-hand surfing point break on the Sunshine Coast. Protected from the South-East winds and world class in quality, this break is a must for intermediate level surfers. It works best on the mid-tide and holds larger swells with a safety channel.
